Rollbit has obtained a gaming license in Anjouan under a company called Acacia Tech Ltd, days after the Curaçao Gaming Authority revoked the platform’s existing license. The Anjouan license, numbered ALSI-042308006-FII, covers the domain rollbit.com.
New License – New Entity
Rollbit has operated under Bull Gaming N.V., a Curaçao-registered company, since obtaining its CGA license in May 2025. That license was revoked in early September 2026.
The Anjouan license is held by Acacia Tech Ltd — a company with no prior public association with Rollbit, registered at Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis.
Rollbit has already updated its website footer to reflect the change. The previous footer referenced Bull Gaming N.V., its Curaçao registration, and displayed the CGA logo – which in recent days had shown “REVOKED” in red text beneath it. The new footer replaces all of that: it now states Rollbit.com is operated by Acacia Tech Ltd, cites the Anjouan license number ALSI-042308006-FII issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and displays an Anjouan verification badge reading “VALID” where the CGA logo previously sat.
The Anjouan license validation page also confirms the operating status as “VALID.”
Razer Calls Revocation “Complete Bullshit”
Rollbit co-founder “Razer” has offered the platform’s only public response to the CGA revocation. In a message posted to a community chat, Razer said the CGA had “rejected all our policies (AML, KYC etc), which were put together by third-party consultants that do the same thing for many existing and previous top Curacao sites.”
Razer added that Rollbit had been “operating and generating significant profit for the island for the last 5 years” and called the revocation “complete bullshit,” saying: “think someone just wanted it gone.”
The CGA has not published a reason for the revocation.
User Fund Concerns
The jurisdictional shift has raised questions about unresolved disputes and user balances held under Rollbit’s Curaçao-based terms of service. @halfretired0 warned of the risk of Rollbit effectively exiting the Curaçao jurisdiction with outstanding claims unresolved.
There is now significant risk that Rollbit will “exit scam” Curacao…
Way too many (& I mean COUNTLESS) unresolved court cases / complaints regarding stolen funds etc.
Rollbit may leave Curacao with all the funds in order not to have to pay for the settlement of the cases.

@TheXerct questioned Razer’s characterization of the revocation, arguing other operators use similar compliance consultants without losing their licenses: “Yet if another operator has done the same, why haven’t they had their license revoked? Simple: they don’t scam people, illegally hold their funds, or break their own ToS to hold users funds or do any illegal stuff.”
