The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) has revoked the gaming license of Bull Gaming N.V., the company behind crypto casino Rollbit. The license, numbered OGL/2024/1260/0494, was granted on May 23, 2025, and its official CGA certificate page now displays a single word in red: Revoked.
The revocation appears to have first surfaced publicly on September 5, when X user @ethalex_ posted a screenshot of the CGA certificate page with the caption “Is it over for Rollbit??” The post received limited attention at the time.

The Site Is Still Live
Despite initial reports from some users that rollbit.com had gone down, the platform appears to be back online and operational as of publication. Rollbit’s own website footer still references the same CGA license number and states Bull Gaming N.V. is “authorised and licensed to operate Rollbit.com by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1260/0494.” However, the CGA logo in the footer now displays “REVOKED” in red text beneath it.
Not Rollbit’s First Licensing Crisis
This is not the first time Rollbit has faced scrutiny over its licensing status. In March 2023, the platform’s RLB token dropped roughly 20% after users noticed Rollbit had removed license information from its website. At the time, the company told its community the license was in its “annual renewal period” and assured users its operations were running smoothly. Prior to obtaining its current CGA license, Rollbit operated for an extended period without one.
The CGA license in question was issued under Curaçao’s reformed National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), which took effect in December 2024 and replaced the old master-license system with direct CGA oversight, mandatory AML compliance, and real enforcement powers including license revocation. Under the new framework, the CGA has revoked at least three operator licenses since implementation, each reportedly tied to restricted-country traffic violations.
Timing: Weeks After “The Rollbit Files”
The revocation comes just three weeks after the publication of “The Rollbit Files,” a 149-page anonymously authored dossier posted to X on August 18, 2026. That document alleges Rollbit’s pseudonymous co-founder “Lucky” is Daniel Robert Dixon, a British national it ties to the 2016 CSGO Diamonds skin-gambling scandal, and claims the platform systematically seizes user funds under shifting, after-the-fact justifications.
The dossier traces what it describes as a through-line from CSGO Diamonds through Interdax (a non-KYC crypto derivatives platform Dixon co-founded that dissolved in January 2022) to Rollbit itself, which launched in 2020 and quickly grew into one of the largest crypto casinos.
Whether the CGA’s revocation decision was influenced by the dossier’s publication, by the complaint pattern it documents, or by entirely separate compliance issues is unknown. The CGA has not published a public explanation for the revocation.
User Fund Concerns
The revocation has immediately raised concerns about user balances held on the platform. X user @Nonopancake responded: “We need our money back.” @air_tag61596 wrote: “Good news to wake up to. I hope they return the funds to everyone they stole from.”
The concern is not abstract. “The Rollbit Files” catalogs multiple cases of users reporting frozen or seized balances, including accounts with six-figure sums. Recent Trustpilot reviews echo the same pattern – one user from late August 2026 described having a withdrawal frozen, cooperating with KYC verification up to Level 4, and ultimately having their account terminated and funds retained without evidence provided.
@halfretired0, who has been vocal about Rollbit’s practices, acknowledged the complexity: “Sorry… it’s not a good thing for the people who have balances on the platform. This is all very suspicious right now.”
What Happens Next
A revoked Curaçao license does not automatically shut down a website – it removes the legal authorization to offer games of chance under CGA jurisdiction. What it means in practice depends on enforcement actions the CGA may or may not take, whether payment processors and game providers continue servicing an unlicensed operator, and whether Rollbit seeks licensing elsewhere.
The precedent of BC.Game is instructive: after a Curaçao court declared its linked entities bankrupt in late 2024, BC.Game surrendered its CGA license one day before a scheduled revocation and shifted its regulatory base to Anjouan. The platform continued operating with minimal interruption.
For now, rollbit.com remains live, the CGA certificate reads “Revoked,” and the platform’s operators have said nothing publicly.
