DegenCity is a new crypto casino that only came online in early 2026. The domain degencity.com was purchased for $49,999 in September 2025, and the Terms of Service are dated February 2026, so this is about as fresh as it gets. The setup looks polished and the money behind it seems real, but there’s no track record to speak of yet. Keep that in mind throughout this review.

Games

DegenCity has over 7,500 games, which is genuinely impressive for a casino of any age, let alone one that’s only a few months old. You’ve got slots, table games, live casino, bonus buy slots, and their own in-house Originals section.

The Originals are worth mentioning separately. These are DegenCity’s own games — Dice, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Limbo, Roulette, Baccarat, and Blackjack. Most of them run at 99% RTP, which is higher than what you’ll find at most casinos.

💡 Good to know: DegenCity’s in-house Originals (Dice, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Limbo, Baccarat, Blackjack) mostly run at 99% RTP — well above the industry average.

The rest of the library is your standard mix of third-party slots and live dealer tables.

Bonuses

The welcome offer is a 7-day cashback deal. If you end your first week down on slots, DegenCity credits 10% of your net losses back automatically. No promo codes, no opt-in needed — it just kicks in when you sign up.

⚠️ Watch out: The 7-day cashback only applies to slots, with a max bet of $5 per spin. Live casino, game shows, and bonus buy slots are all excluded.

Beyond the welcome offer, there’s an ongoing rakeback system. You earn a percentage back on every bet you place, regardless of whether you win or lose. Weekly and monthly bonuses also stack on top once you hit the Chiplet rank.

VIP Program

The VIP system has eight tiers: Chiplet, Ante, Shuffler, Dealer, Hustler, Card Shark, Pitboss, and Ace. You earn XP through wagering and climb the ranks automatically with no application process.

The real VIP benefits kick in at Hustler (250,000 XP), where you start getting bonus increases on top of your regular rakeback. At Card Shark (1,000,000 XP) you get a dedicated VIP host who can set you up with weekly reloads, deposit bonuses, and custom promotions.

🎖️ VIP Transfer: Already a VIP elsewhere? Record a short video of your current tier and wagering history, email it to DegenCity, and they’ll match your status within 48 hours.

Deposits

DegenCity is primarily a crypto casino. You can deposit with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, and Tron. Minimum deposits are low — $1 for LTC and TRX, $5 for most others, though USDT via the Tron network requires $20 minimum.

If you don’t have crypto, you can deposit via cards, bank transfer, or e-wallets. The funds get automatically converted to crypto and credited to your account. It works, but it’s a bit clunky compared to a traditional casino setup.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are crypto-only. You can’t cash out to a bank account or card directly. If you deposited via bank card, you’ll need a crypto wallet set up to get your money out.

Processing is generally fast — most withdrawals go through within an hour. There’s no fixed maximum monthly withdrawal limit stated, but the terms say large withdrawals can be paid out in instalments, which is standard practice at most crypto casinos.

ℹ️ Before you withdraw: Email verification is required. If you have 2FA enabled, you’ll also need to confirm each withdrawal via your authenticator app.

KYC

This is one of DegenCity’s more player-friendly aspects. You don’t need to complete identity verification to deposit, play, or withdraw. KYC is optional unless the casino specifically requests it due to suspicious activity, large transactions, or compliance reasons.

If you do choose to self-verify, there are three levels. Level 1 is basic personal info. Level 2 requires a government ID and a selfie. Level 3 is proof of address and is described as rarely required.

⚠️ Keep in mind: KYC is optional upfront, but the casino can request verification at any time. Failing to comply when asked can result in account suspension.

Restricted Countries

DegenCity doesn’t accept players from the US, UK, Australia, most of Western Europe including France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands, plus a number of others. Check the full list in their Terms of Service before signing up if you’re unsure.

Support

Support is available 24/7 via live chat, with a help centre covering most common questions. You can also reach them at support@degencity.com.

Self-exclusion requests go through live support too, which is worth knowing if you ever need to take a break.

Overall

DegenCity is a well-built, well-funded casino that got off to a fast start. The game library is huge, the Originals have genuinely excellent RTPs, and the rakeback rewards structure is one of the more transparent and generous you’ll find.

The honest caveat is that it’s brand new. There’s no history of how they handle big wins, withdrawal disputes, or long-term VIP relationships.

🎰 Verdict: If you’re happy with crypto, comfortable with a newer operator, and playing at sensible stakes, DegenCity is worth a look. Just don’t put your life savings on a casino that’s only been running for a few months.
