Maxxed went live in October 2026, so it’s about as new as a casino gets. It’s crypto-only, runs a casino and a sportsbook on one balance, and its whole pitch is that you shouldn’t have to trust it. That’s a nice line. Here’s how it holds up once you actually sign up, poke around and read the fine print.

Maxxed.io is run by Obsidian Ventures Limited, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. It holds an Anjouan gaming licence, number ALSI-202603052-FI2, and we checked that it’s real.
Beyond the company name, you get nothing. The About Us page is one sentence. No founders, no team, no faces. For a brand built on “check, don’t trust,” that’s a strange blind spot.
The pre-launch press promised seven languages. We couldn’t find a language selector anywhere. Treat it as English-only until that changes.
The brand started building a community on Discord and X on July 8, 2026 and ran a $10,000 no-deposit giveaway from August 25. By launch the community had around 8,000 members. The giveaway terms were supposed to live at maxxed.io/10k, but that link is dead now.
One thing to be careful of: there’s an unrelated site at max-xed.com calling itself “Maxxed Casino Official Site” for Canadian players, with a completely different bonus and game count. It predates this brand by over a year. Ignore it. The real site is maxxed.io.
Games
The lobby is solid. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Playtech, Novomatic and a handful of smaller studios are all here.
The marketing says 5,000+ games from 30 studios. Our count from the provider filter came closer to 1,700 games from about 23 studios. The press release before launch even said 40+ studios.
That said, it’s a good library. You’ll find Le Bandit, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Sugar Rush 1000, Le Prechaun, The Dog House Megaways 1000, Marlin Masters, Sweet Bonanza 1000 and 2500, Duel at Dawn, Sunnydaze Asylum, Slayers Inc, Sleeping Dragon Ultra Dark and the rest of the current hits. Megaways, cluster pays, hold and win and bonus buy formats are all covered, and there’s a Bonus Buy filter in the lobby to find the ones that let you skip to the feature.
Live casino features around 60 tables, mostly Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with a few from Playtech. You’ll find Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Mega Ball, Monopoly Big Baller and the standard blackjack and roulette lobbies.
Most slots open in demo mode, on desktop and mobile, so you can watch a bonus round before you spend anything. Search works by game name or by studio. There are separate lobbies for Slots, Live Casino, Game Shows, Blackjack, Roulette and Latest Releases, plus Recently Played and Favorites once you’re logged in.
Maxxed Originals
This is the part they’re proudest of, and fair enough. The Originals are the house-built games: Dice, Limbo, Mines, Keno, Plinko, Crash, Hi-Lo, Wheel, Diamonds, Slider, plus their own Blackjack and Roulette. The site says 15+. We counted 11 in the lobby.
All of them run at 99% RTP, which is about as good as it gets anywhere. Max multipliers go up to 1,000,000x on Crash and Limbo and 5,148,297x on Mines.
Every Original is provably fair. Before each bet, the game locks in a secret server seed and shows you its hash. Important caveat: this only covers the Originals. Slots and live tables run on their own studios’ random number generators, same as everywhere else.
Welcome Bonus
You pick one of three packs, and none of them carry wagering requirements. Whatever you win is credited to your main balance as real money and can be withdrawn after the standard checks. Choose the pack before your first deposit, because it activates automatically when a qualifying deposit lands. You need a verified email to claim any promotion.
The Casino pack gives up to 2,500 free spins on slots for a minimum $100 deposit. Spins are awarded by deposit tier, shown on the promotions page, and unlock in 10 batches as you play eligible slots. Each batch is played on its own, one at a time, and batches don’t combine.
The Sports pack gives up to $2,500 in free bets for a minimum $100 deposit, again by deposit tier and in 10 batches. Qualifying bets need at least three selections with odds of 1.50 or higher on each. The free-bet stake isn’t returned with winnings.
The Highroller pack is 20% cashback on net losses for a minimum $500 deposit. Net losses are calculated over the seven days as total settled bets minus total returns, excluding voided bets and bonus funds, and 20% is credited to your main balance within 24 hours of the period ending. The catch is that cashback can’t exceed 2% of your total turnover in the period. Lose $1,000 on $5,000 of bets and you’d expect $200, but the 2% cap cuts it to $100.
Loyalty Program
You’re enrolled from day one. Every real-money bet earns XP. XP is your bet amount times a rate by category: slots 100%, sportsbook 50%, live casino 25%, Originals and everything else 25%. A $100 slot bet counts in full, the same bet on a football match counts as $50, and at a live blackjack table it counts as $25.
There are 30 levels across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Maxxed. You start at Bronze 0 and need 1,000 XP for Bronze 1, so about $1,000 of slot play. XP is lifetime, never expires, never resets, and you can’t drop a tier. Come back after six months away and you’re where you left off.
Seven reward types. Instant Rakeback returns a slice of every bet as you play and resets when you claim it. Weekly Cashback resets Monday at 00:01 UTC. Monthly Cashback resets on the 1st at 00:01 UTC. Both are based on net losses, which is wagers minus wins minus bonuses, with no cap. A week in profit earns zero cashback. The Level-Up Wheel spins every time you hit a new level, with free spins or cash prizes that vary by tier. Birthday rewards come from Platinum up, Personal Bonuses from Platinum up, and a VIP Host at the Maxxed tier. Daily, weekly, monthly and level-up rewards are available at every tier.
Every claim lands in your main balance instantly with no wagering. That includes free spins from loyalty rewards, which pay their winnings as real money. Your claims live on the Rewards page with countdown timers.
The actual rakeback and cashback percentages aren’t published anywhere. You only see your rate on the Loyalty page once you’re logged in and playing. That makes comparing Maxxed to other sites impossible before you commit, which is a shame given how transparent the rest of the program is.
Races
Weekly and monthly races are timed leaderboards ranked by total wagered. Every game counts and the board updates live. Prizes are real money to your main balance with no wagering, usually instant once positions are confirmed, occasionally up to 24 hours. Ghost Mode players still take part with their name hidden.
Deposits
Crypto only. Ten coins are supported: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, TRX, DOGE, BNB and XRP. Open the wallet, pick a coin and network, and you get a deposit address and QR code. The minimum shows before you send. For USDT it’s about 5 USDT, and anything below the minimum is neither credited nor refunded.
Deposits land once the blockchain confirms, usually within minutes. If the explorer shows it confirmed and your balance hasn’t moved, wait a few minutes, then contact support with the hash. Don’t send a second deposit to chase the first.
The wallet shows a Real Balance and a separate Bonus balance. You can change the display currency to EUR, BRL, TRY, RUB, CAD, DKK, JPY, AUD or NZD, but that only changes what you see, not what’s held.
Withdrawals
Pick a coin and network, paste your address, enter an amount. The fee and the exact amount you’ll receive are shown before you confirm, and there are 25%, 50%, 75% and Max quick buttons.
Two things gate your first withdrawal. You can’t withdraw until you’ve made a deposit, and deposited funds have to be wagered at least once. That’s a 1x rollover on deposits, standard for crypto casinos as an anti-laundering measure. Bonus balances with wagering also need to complete first.
Most withdrawals go out within minutes and you’ll get a transaction hash in your Transactions to track on an explorer.
KYC and Verification
Four levels. Level 1 is your full name, date of birth and nationality. It takes about two minutes and you must complete it before you can deposit. Level 2 is a photo of your passport, national ID or driving licence, with all four corners visible and details readable. Level 3 is proof of address, a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months showing your name, address and date, as a photo or PDF. Level 4 is called Proof of Payment and asks for a card photo or bank statement, which makes no sense on a crypto-only site and looks like a leftover from a fiat template.
Levels 2 to 4 are only requested when the casino decides they’re needed, typically before a larger withdrawal or when something triggers a risk flag. Document checks usually take around 30 minutes and you’re notified when done. Rejections show a reason on your verification screen, usually a blurry photo, a cut-off corner or an expired document. Verified details like name, date of birth and nationality can’t be edited from the account screen afterwards; a legal change needs documents and support.
Restricted Countries and VPNs
Maxxed doesn’t publish a list of restricted countries. The terms say the service isn’t available anywhere its licence or local law doesn’t permit, plus sanctioned jurisdictions and FATF blacklist countries, and that support can confirm whether your country is blocked if you ask.
On VPNs, the answer is don’t. The casino uses IP-based geo-blocking, and its AML policy says accounts that attempt to bypass geo-blocking will be blocked or suspended. The privacy policy also confirms it tracks VPN and proxy use. If you’re in a restricted country and you get caught, you’re looking at a frozen account and a fight to get your deposit back.
Account and Security
Sign up with a username, email and password, with an optional referral code, or use Google or Discord login. One account per person; shared households, IPs, devices or payment details are duplication indicators they’ll investigate. If duplication is innocent, meaning no bonus was claimed twice, they close the extra account and return its full balance including winnings.
Two-factor authentication is available. Lose it and support resets it via your registered email. Lose the email too and the security team verifies your identity on live chat before moving the account. Email changes require confirmation on both the old and new address. You can change your username once, through support.
Ghost Mode hides your name from public bet feeds, tournaments and leaderboards while your bets still count for loyalty and races. Approved streamers and content creators can play under a disclosed partner arrangement, but affiliates can’t bet on their own accounts to farm commission.
Responsible Gambling
The tools are called Maxxed Cares and sit under the profile icon. There are exactly two. A 24 Hour Cooldown takes effect immediately, can’t be lifted early by you or support, and blocks logging in, betting and depositing according to the policy. Self-Exclusion is offered in-app for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently. It’s irreversible, nobody can shorten or remove it, and permanent means permanent. Self-exclusion covers the whole platform; you can’t exclude from just the casino or just the sportsbook.
If you ask support to apply an exclusion, betting is disabled as soon as they receive the request from your registered email or an authenticated chat, and it’s applied within 24 hours. Your balance stays yours and withdrawable during any cooldown or exclusion; support returns it to an address you provide. When a timed exclusion ends, the account stays closed until you ask for reactivation, which takes effect no earlier than 24 hours after your request. Tell them you’ve been diagnosed with a gambling problem or self-excluded elsewhere and they’ll apply a permanent exclusion regardless of what period you pick. Marketing stops the moment you request either tool. Bets placed during an exclusion are void with deposits returned. The policy recommends Gamban or BetBlocker for device-level blocking, Net Nanny or Qustodio if you share a device with minors, and lists BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous, the Responsible Gambling Council and Gamtalk for support.

Live chat runs 24/7 and there’s email at support@maxxed.io. The Help Center is short but clear and written in plain English. Complaints get acknowledged within 72 hours and a full response within 30 days.
Verdict
Maxxed is a promising new crypto casino with some real strengths. No-wagering welcome packs, no withdrawal limits, 99% RTP provably fair Originals, a lifetime loyalty ladder that pays cash, and terms that protect your deposits better than most. Deposits and withdrawals are simple, and the site looks and feels modern on mobile and desktop.
But the site is three weeks old, so there’s no track record on payouts, no player reviews and no complaint history to judge it by.
If you’re a crypto player who likes Originals-style games and wants a bonus without the usual 40x strings attached, it’s worth a modest deposit to try. If you’re planning to move serious money, give it a few months. Let other people test the withdrawals first, and check back once the terms have had a proofread.
